I spent my teens and early twenties battling hormonal acne. I tried many avenues when it came to my skin, but felt like nothing was helping. I didn’t have any plan, I was hoping the skincare gods would bless me. They never did. So I decided to educate myself, finally understand the science behind what I was doing, and help others do the same.
Skin Coded is a clinic in Cardiff for people who drink ten espresso martinis and still do their skincare before bed—off-duty model energy, unapologetic about it. Self-care was never just for the clean girls.
